A special price ensures that after you buy the product, it is removed from the sales and becomes unavailable for other customers’ purchasing. The only owners of the product will be you and people who bought the design for a normal price before you.

We don’t give refunds in other cases, since we sell our initial products online and we can’t track what happens to each of them.
